   I would just like to say that the welcome I had from Natalie and Mark today was absolutely amazing. They were both so kind and welcoming when checking in so late and made me feel at ease and stress free.    Excellent hotel. The restaurant food and service were superb and good value. Breakfast was also excellent. Check was good, check out not so good, the receptionist could nearly raise a good morning or ask about our stay. Overall I recommend this hotel and will stay again.

   I would like to take a moment to recognise the outstanding service I received from Monica at the front desk of Hilton Southampton. From the moment I arrived, she couldn’t do enough for me and made me feel genuinely valued as a Diamond member. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional, and this is exactly the level of service I expect at this tier—yet Monica still managed to exceed it. She went above and beyond in every interaction, and I was left genuinely speechless by her dedication and care. Monica is a true credit to Hilton and an ambassador for the brand. In my view, she should absolutely be considered for Employee of the Year. Experiences like this are what keep loyal guests coming back.

   Genuinely one of the best hotel stays I have had. Welcomed nicely, easy check in. Room had a view of the cricket ground which was fantastic. Spacious room, really clean and had a dressing gown/slippers/iron/safe which was really handy for me. Lovely products in the bathroom. Couple of drinks in Beefy’s with a fun atmosphere. Gym was SO well equipped - much better than the usual hotel gym with hardly anything in there. Breakfast was very well presented and delicious. Would 100% stay again.

   It's an older hotel that has been upgraded. The bathrooms are very new. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice firm bed and good linens. We had a beautiful view of the cricket grounds through a large sliding door that opened to a very large Terrace. The public spaces were decent and the staff very friendly. The restaurant seemed a bit overpriced, the food was somewhat pedestrian...pub like... Amand just average. All in all, I would highly recommend it as a stopping off point for tourists such as us who were catching a cruise ship the next morning. We had a nice, restful sleep

   Great hotel, I regularly stay there. It was better when they had the exec lounge and diamond member access to spa. Both of those have gone unfortunately. A lot of staff have changed since COVID. The hotel itself is still wonderful. Pitch view is lovely. The restaurant and bar, including staff are all really nice too.

   Overall a pleasant stay all the staff were lovely, our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived at 3pm check in but they have complimentary drinks to say sorry. Heading up to the room it was lovely and spacious, 2 toilets a bath and shower and lovely view of the pitch. They were a few minor issues but dealt with quickly and appropriately. In my opinion attention to detail is lacking there's rust on the shower curtain rail, holes in the duvet covers and stains on the carpet but would definitely return. Forgot to add the breakfast was amazing!

   It’s a 5 star Hilton hotel, most of them are quite good. This one does not disappoint. The rooms are very big, clean and relatively modern. The breakfast is veeeery complete. A bit more than your typical continental breakfasts. The restaurant for dinner is very good and good price. If I had to say something is the lack of vegan plates as a standard, but I am sure they would manage something for you if you asked.

   An overnight stay for NYE, we had a voucher to use so upgraded to a suite and the room was huge, with a separate living space. My one grumble, although this applies to a lot of hotels, the room was so dark that getting ready was really difficult. I don't really want to do make up etc in the bathroom after having a shower as the room is hot, but the rest of the room was too dark to see. Bed was very comfy, the view of the cricket ground was incredible, and the breakfast was also brilliant with so much choice.

   Great hotel, great service, often quite busy. Polite and professional. This is a large hotel with some lovely views over the cricket pitch. Location wise, there can be heavy traffic locally, whether using the motorway or local routes around and to Southampton. Generally clean and tidy.
