As a new client, I’d already heard great things about this clinic, but after getting to experience it first hand I certainly know why. I went in for an airflow treatment, which went smoothly, and I was informed of all the aftercare and next steps. Sally checked in on me multiple times during the treatment to make sure I’m alright which I thought was very thoughtful. I’ve already booked in my second session! Highly recommend. “Aftersome recent surgery at the Princess Ann hospital I wanted to express my absolute wonder and professionalism of this hospital especially in the day surgery department. In all my 50+ years of being a patient with various health conditions and issues I have always spoke up about my journey with the NHS. I have had one bad experience over many years ago but it was dealt with effectively and I was involved in seeing the positive changes that were needed. We are all human after all. This week I saw humanity at its best. Our NHS is loved by me and all over the world. What makes it work it's run by the world and for that I'm forever grateful.”

“Having been with another well known practice which portrays itself as an NHS dentist then tries to make you pay huge sums of money for dental work apparently not covered by NHS ? I registered with Southampton Dental Practice and was quickly seen and the treatment carried out under the NHS banding without additional cost. The reception was friendly and helpful and the dentist & nurse explained everything well putting me at ease, ok this may not be a swanky & dazzling premises but found it perfectly acceptable.”

“Arriving at the Orthopedic Review Clinic East Wing on C level finds a friendly receptionist to check me in. We are then greeted with a waiting room that has plenty of comfortable seating, hand sanitising facilities and a chilled water dispenser with enough plastic cups. There is space to walk around and the queue goes down quite quickly but there is a wait to be seen. The review practitioners knowow their stuff and will seek a second opinion if one is warranted. The advice is clear, easy to understand and helpful l, while my questions were answered in a way I could easily comprehend.”
