I’d personally ignore the negative posts - no one is ever made to wait outside. There is an indoor waiting area. Also the Red Kite centre don’t issue you a map that’s the NHS in general - I’d be questioning the intelligence of some of those who post these ridiculous reviews. Such entitlement it’s astonishing”
