   I recently visited for an eye exam and had the pleasure of being attended by Sibel. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind throughout the entire process. Sibel made sure to explain everything clearly and took the time to address all my questions. I left the appointment feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent care and service!

   My experience at Specsavers was smooth from start to finish. My eyes were checked thoroughly, and when they suspected a pressure-related issue, they didn’t ignore it — they took an additional test to be sure. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. Once my order was placed, they messaged me promptly when it was ready. During collection, they carefully checked my glasses to ensure the fit was perfect. I highly recommend Specsavers and would give 100/100 for this lovely experience!

   Eye test - superb. Glasses selection - okay now this is COOL. Honestly having someone else to talk to when Im choosing glasses is a godsend. Lemme slow down a bit. Okay so stroll in. Amazing time. Cool as heck experience. Finding out yes my eyes have determined the past year during an eye test (ive been coming here as my local specsavers for years!) So its like ah okay new lenses needed. First off youre not pressurised into choices and the 2 for 1 deal is soooo good. Whilst selecting glasses you can chat to the store assistant whos with you who will actually help you with the food for thought of like... hey you look good with those glasses on they match your face and hair. And dude thats service deluxe to me. I WISSSH i had his name down but hes worked with specsavers for 25 years and is an absolute superstar. Also yeah its super cool they gave me a Rainmack for free. It was pouring that day. So having this rain mack with the grand ol brand on is so cool >:D

   A fantastic experience at Specsavers Reading from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile by Jan. My pre-screening was done by Eva who was kind, supportive and answered all my questions. I was shown upstairs where I saw the optometrist, Randeep. He was knowledgable and caring. He answered my every question and put me at ease. He was warm and empathic throughout, recognising my anxieties and offering advice and support. He took his time and the appointment did not feel rushed. I was then passed on to Sunil to help me choose my glasses. He showed so much attention to detail and care when helping me choose my frame. He took into account the dimensions of my face, pupil distance, head shape as well as general style that suits me. He also gave great advice on lens thinning and when I suggested buying the most expensive lens thinning, he advised me not to as it would likely not be a noticeable difference. This shows how ethical the team is and that they prioritise patient care over profit. A wonderful experience throughout and would recommend to others!

   This was my first time at Specsavers. For many years I have been going to another opticians but wanted a change. My experience of Specsavers was exceptional. Friendly professional staff and very modern equipment meant that I ended up with two pairs of spectacles that I really like. Two pairs for the price of one, as well. I wear varifocal glasses making the prescription much more complicated and expensive but the glasses are excellent and very good value. I would not hesitate to recommend that anyone hesitating to go to Specsavers should try them.

   It's been 8yrs since the last eye test so I decided to treat myself. I booked eye test, got two new glasses for £300 with anti glare and one set reaction lens. I also got contact lens which I am trialing a set for 21 days before making a decision if they are for me. The staff are friendly and professional, the optometrist was lovely lady and we had some friendly banter and made the experience enjoyable.

   I turned up at closing time on new year's eve with seriously wonky glasses after my 5 year old nephew got a little carried away while playing tag and despite not having bought the glasses from Specsavers, the staff member on the door (I think called Hashim, apologies if I got this wrong) let me in and stayed late to fix them for me free of charge. It saved my new year and I really appreciate him doing it, as a lot of people would have just turned me away under the circumstances.

   After a recent car accident left me with eye issues I spoke to a lovely lady called Julie. She managed to get me a next day appointment just before Christmas, then spoke to the Optometrist on my behalf who advised visiting the local Eye Casualty. Julie gave me directions on where to find the department within the hospital and was just really kind and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this opticians should you need help or advise.

   I can't speak highly enough of the attention I received from the staff dealing with me. They were helpful, informative, friendly and polite. They advised me well and I felt I'd had a good eye test. The result is I'm thrilled to bits with my new varifocal glasses, thank you.
