   Midwives and a staff nurse were not keeping propper records when completing baby health checks. This laziness caused much distress and confusion to the parents and other health professionals. When challenged about this the staff lied and tried to cover up mistakes. This matter has been referred to the QCC.

   Such a wonderful midwifery team at Brambles. Have also used the breastfeeding service which I highly recommend to all new mums. Thank you all for your support both through pregnancy and breastfeeding

   Really lovely midwife. Venue itself looks a bit tired and could do with a refresh, especially bringing a newborn to. No parking but residential parking nearby and a short walk.

   Can you park outside the centre? Some very rude employee just told me i couldn't park outside the centre when she could clearly see i am heavily pregnant and struggling to walk. The one time i leave my crutches in my car. Rude and inconsiderate staff.

   The recepionist wasn't the most welcoming, it's also a bit tricky to find when your new to the area.the midwives however were lovely.

   It's always been packed but we've never not been able to park right outside. The waiting area is a bit dated but its spacious and perfectly fine for the kids to entertain themselves. The staff have always been excellent.
