I tried to call, the line was always busy so I resorted to an email contact. Well, I received a response within minutes and then had someone call me. I was able to book a lane quickly and the staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Thank you.”

“I been to Argos Winnersh today in the morning and I had some issues with my order placed online. There were a gentleman and a lady (that I assumed was the manager or so ) who helped me so much to getting all sorted, so I can’t really thank enough! Well done Argos for having a great and nice staff, who is so committed to do their job amazingly well. And once all been solved, I have a very happy daughter with her present :)”

An absolute professional throughout the event, catering for all ages with his wizardry. “My son had a wonderful 5th birthday party. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the children were engaged the whole time. Ben was brilliant with the children and they all made very exciting Lego models based on superhero’s and dinosaurs theme! The time of the session was perfect and we had to kings so we could sing happy birthday, then cur the cake while the children completed a final task! A wonderful birthday party MC would highly recommend.”

“Lovely play area at one end of the california country park. It has all the goodies the kids need to play. Due to vandalism they had to close a couple of sections, which is really sad. That still leaves plenty of things to play with. Visit here for a couple of hours and the kids will still continue playing. It’s a shame that people break such a nice place.”

Moving forward, following my stay at the hotel on Saturday, I was granted both an early check-in and a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and offers a diverse selection of culinary options, including a main menu and a breakfast buffet. Whilst my children enjoy a run around I always enjoy my hot beverages and jacket potato made by Tracey she’s so friendly and one of the reasons I always find myself coming back to this soft play”

“A wonderful nursery & preschool! Our daughter attended Bracknell BH from being in the baby room when she turned 1, and is now off to school aged nearly 5. She has absolutely loved her time here, and has never had a bad day. The garden is great, excellent food, lots of resources to play with and support with whatever she needs. Lastly, the staff are wonderful and are all so happy, with a very low staff turnover. Also so great to see two long term male staff members here! Management are great, always improving the setting and supporting their staff. We are sad to say goodbye as our daughter moves on to school, but recommend this setting to everyone.”
