   Took my son for lasertag for his birthday. Although the kids enjoyed it, I felt annoyed about them running late and we had to ask more than once for the host. The decor is the same as when I visited 5 years ago. Don't get me wrong, the kids loved it and it's fun for them. On a whole the experience was great for a kids party

   Liv and Imogen were so helpful. We were late and had wheelchairs and frames so it took us a little longer. At all times they were kind and eye contact with everyone in our party making us all feel valued. They should make videos of their customer care and use them to train others in retail and hospitality who can be less patient with people with disabilities. 10 out of 10. We are definitely coming back.

   Super helpful staff. I tried to book bowling for my son and his friends very last minute, as part of his birthday fun. The website was playing up and not allowing me to book. I tried to call, the line was always busy so I resorted to an email contact. Well, I received a response within minutes and then had someone call me. I was able to book a lane quickly and the staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Thank you.

   Bowling was as expected, but after, we thought we’d grab some food. 2x Loaded fries, 2x Panini, and 2x soft drinks. £43.10… okay… willing to pay it for the convenience. Had to go to the bar after 15 mins and ask about our soft drinks. Wasn’t expecting gourmet cuisine but what arrived 35 mins later was 1 portion of loaded fries with cold chips, and nothing else. No paninis, no second portion of loaded fries. Only able to offer a refund in cash when I paid card. Tried to refund me only £36. Not sure what went wrong but service was substandard, what little of the food I saw, was substandard, and the ‘cash only refund’ was far below standard.

3. Sluggy Dive ★★★★☆

   I am not convinced that the pins being attached by ropes to the mechanism for resetting pins is completely the same as the usual pin loading machines in that they are not free to spin across the whole lane but scores were not far off the normal. On the positive side, there were no pin issues across numerous lanes and the balls never got blocked from returning. Food was quite acceptable and drinks on par with the local pubs so a pleasant visit. I was going back for another quick visit but found that prices were bumped up for Easter holidays.

   It is a good place but the services are less quality as is promoted. The pool tables are not straight and are broken in sides. The bowling place is full and people are coming next to you even they should not be there. The stuff are few and looks they don't want to be at work.

   We recently visited this place for a few games of laser quest] and had a fantastic experience thanks to Scot. He was incredibly helpful and had a clear passion for the game. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. I was impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. In particular, he let us choose the game and gave us valuable tips. He also talked with excitement about the tournaments, I would highly recommend this laser quest location, and I hope more places have staff like Scot. He truly deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication.

   The seats need serious refurbishment they did all look awful ( no covers at places or ripped areas were covered with cellotape) the staff was very helpful though and game went without problem.

   Plenty of value especially for the weekdays. There are also arcade games to play that the kids can enjoy. As for minus one star, it comes from the food (obviously don’t expect amazing food from a bowling alley but still not even average) and the staff were not helpful with the tickets from the games. We got three receipts that we tried to place together and she did not do it. We also used one of the tickets to get a prize and there were leftover tickets. She wrote the remainder on a post-it note and handed it to us… honestly it looks illegitimate to me! Anyone could walk in with a post-it note then to try to redeem tickets at that point
