As a parent, the staff have been incredible. They are personable, kind, compassionate and their attention to detail is second to none. I know what my daughter has been up to on any given day and equally I know the plan for the week. I am at peace knowing my daughter is safe and cared for while I am working. “A wonderful nursery & preschool! Our daughter attended Bracknell BH from being in the baby room when she turned 1, and is now off to school aged nearly 5. She has absolutely loved her time here, and has never had a bad day. The garden is great, excellent food, lots of resources to play with and support with whatever she needs. Lastly, the staff are wonderful and are all so happy, with a very low staff turnover. Also so great to see two long term male staff members here! Management are great, always improving the setting and supporting their staff. We are sad to say goodbye as our daughter moves on to school, but recommend this setting to everyone.”

“I cannot recommend fairy princess parties enough, from booking the party to the party day everything was so simple. My daughter had Elsa come and she was absolutely fantastic, all the children had the most amazing pamper party and the best time together. It was stress free for parents who also loved the party. Would definitely have these again for a party. Thank you so much for making it the perfect birthday party for my daughter.”

“What a superb experience for a team bonding event for a footy team of boisterous 15/16 year olds! Very professional set up, and Darren was fantastic with the boys and knew exactly how to get them going and manage their energy! We were most impressed with how they dealt with an 11th hour let down from the original venue who were nowhere to be seen when they arrived to set up. They found an even better facility in minutes just 10mins away. Thanks guys!”

“I took my son here yesterday and David and his colleague were so accommodating. My son was a bit worried about dark and loud noises but they warned us when this would happen and kept on a little light. Hints were very good and welcomed without telling us the answers. The room was so well themed, clean and so much fun! Can’t wait to go back and try an other one! We did the pharaoh one! 5 stars - would recommend!”

“Our son has been going to Teepee for 5 months now and his development since he started is amazing. The staff are so caring and personable and it is clear that the children’s development, well-being and happiness is so important to them. We have no concerns whatsoever about leaving him. He absolutely loves being there and he always has the biggest smile when we pick him up...the array of facilities that the nursery has for the children to use and benefit from is amazing. He gets to eat a variety of lovely home cooked food and whilst he’s enjoying all of that, we are sent updates and pictures through an app which is lovely and much appreciated! The staff have always been willing and able to speak to us about any questions or concerns we may have and that has been the case since day one. Choosing Teepee was the best decision we could have made!”

“Had exclusive hire for a party of 30 for a 6yr. Brilliant experience. The kids had a choice of food beforehand and on the day the staff worked tirelessly hard to keep both the children and parents serviced with food and drinks. They even cut up the cake for us, it's little touches like that, that makes them stand out from the others. Pricewise it was a winner too, cheaper than the ones around East Reading. Very secure during party time. Kids loved it, we added the disco to the package too. Takes place after the food, kids liked the glow sticks but then vanished off into the soft play not long after, not even a disco could compete with the draw of more soft play time. Very highly recommend.”

“Having had a kitchen refurb we needed two new stools to compliment it and chose the Harper Blue Grey Velvet Gas Lift Bar Stool. After phoning for fabric samples these took just two days to arrive. Placing the order was easy and we had immediate confirmation followed by progress reports on the order. On the day before delivery we had a message giving us a time slot and when the driver was close we had yet another call telling us of the expected delivery time. The driver and his assistant were really polite and offered to take the stools to the kitchen but we declined and managed them on our own and we are delighted with the service, appearance and quality.”
