“We have had 2 wonderful experiences at Window to the Womb - a scan at 11 weeks for some reassurance after a UTI and then our gender scan at 15+3 weeks. On both occasions, staff have been so lovely, supportive and approachable. I felt extremely comfortable from the minute I walked into the clinic. I had the same sonographer on both occasions and she was amazing - explained everything clearly to us and really made us feel at ease. When I contacted them, i didn't have a contacts lens prescription, they arranged an appointment at the earliest convenience for me and I got my contacts delivered to my house on Saturday (within 3 days) which i was very pleased with. “Specsavers in Glasgow forge shopping centre is has an intimate environment. I mean that it is small, cosy, warm and welcoming. I am in a wheelchair and this place was accessible for me. My optician was extremely thorough and treated me like a human being not a sales exhibit. The place is clean and bright. Could be doing with hand sanitizer placed at the entrance but that's just a self prederance”

“My son is just 5 years old and loves to play with my shampoo, conditioner, soap, and face wash. The 25th of July was a horrible day for me; that evening he was in the toilet and bumped his head with a hard ceramic kind of object, which I actually confused, as I thought it was the lid of the toilet seat. I have seen how blood spread inside the toilet like rain. I was traumatised by seeing that and so much panic, but I thought it was a fracture and booked a taxi. Within 15 minutes, I reached the emergency section. Alhamdulillah, I got all services properly. That duty nurse was so calm and gentle; she had checked everything and called the doctor to see the wound and then glued his deep wound. I was in more panic than my son because I had experienced so much blood at home, washed my hand, and cried. Really traumatised, but I am happy with the emergency services of Royal Hospital.”

“Michelle one of the treatment nurses in the Lymphoma clinic is amazing !!! I unfortunately have to get my legs treated due to Chronic Oedema, my legs were just getting worse, what started out as a 1cm wound spread to 13cm x 13cm ulcers on both legs, it wasn't until Michelle thankfully treated my legs correctly that they healed as best as they could. Michelle has a kind and genuine care for her patients......thankfully xx”
