I made an appointment here for my dad and the service he received was 1st class. Staff were extremely helpful throughout. Highly recommend.
I was extremely disappointed with the service. In my opinion the optician was rather condescending. I will not be using them in the future.
Great customer service received at the store in Tesco, Shettleston today. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they helped me to replace my glasses after losing them at the weekend! Very professional service and managed to order my new glasses in no time at all. Thank you so much for all your help today, it is really appreciated. Would recommend to friends and family.
The new optician I seen was amazing, I have had problems with my eyes for a long time and was ignored absolutely disgusting, make sure the people u hire knows what they are talking about , talking to solicitors going forward over my care!
I have just had the worst experience calling this store after being a client since last year, I have put an end to using Vision Express Shettleston, and cancelled my Direct Debits--and this is coming from someone who has already dealt with Specsavers. I called the store because since I started using their contact lenses -which I got tested near the end of last year at this store -, I was off work at the time, so have only started using them within the last few weeks , and since, I have had pains in my eyes and headaches. Since I'm not an optometrist I also mentioned I purchased glasses from Vision Express - to which the lady replied "No, I'm looking at your record, you've never purchased anything from Vision Express". After a small completely irrelevant time explaining that it was at Buchanan St, after all, Shettleston's store has about 14 pairs of glasses, I found it strange she wouldn't be aware of the bigger stores. Anyway, to get back on track, the lady then said that there is nothing to do, because you got your eyes tested last year at Optical Express, a company that has never eve given me an eye test, before eventually rolling back and deciding it was actually Specsavers, so I wasn't due an eye check. I was under the impression that sore eyes, headaches, could be signs of a - hopefully not - bigger problem, and that an Emergency appointment would be appropriate. Naturally, staying true to being completely unhelpful the lady simple stated she would do nothing to help. Actually, she was very effective at cancelling my Direct Debits for their headache induing contacts.
I attended at Vision Express, Shettleston as a walk in due to an eye injury. Although not my usual optician, they were happy to assess and advise me. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful and I cannot fault the service I received.
Staff were excellent. Made me feel very comfortable and provided great service. I thought a reglazing fee(using my existing frames for new varivocal lenses) of £69 was excessive
Felt very at ease the whole time. Eye test with a mask on. Felt fine. I needed a slight subscription for reading glasses as had been struggling a bit with my studying. Had to ask for help to pick my frames as was very overwhelmed. Very accommodating.
