The store is so new and has a nice and calm shopping vibe. Lovely selection of frames, extensive eye tests with thorough results. Really friendly and helpful staff, they're extremely knowledgeable. Also give great advice about the current deals and discounts that are available.
recently went to change my glasses and had an eye test done at Vision Express. I originally visited the Silverburn store, but unfortunately the experience there wasn’t great. The staff didn’t make me feel welcome or relaxed, and the service felt rushed, so I didn’t feel comfortable and decided to leave. I then went to the Vision Express Opticians on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow, and the difference was like night and day. The customer service was fantastic! The lady who helped me was incredibly friendly, polite, and very helpful. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I’m so glad I decided to go to this branch and highly recommend it.
Great service from Vision Express. Lost my spectacles, I'm 3 hours drive from the branch in Glasgow but not a problem. Original prescription is on their system, new order placed over the phone in a matter of minutes. New spectacles will be sent to me by post in around 10 days. Brilliant service, thank you VE.
Lovely new store and I was warmly welcomed by the staff. All the procedures were explained in detail and I was offered a more detailed test for an extra £10, which I took advantage of. The optometrist was really lovely and very thorough. I needed a change to my prescription and they were happy to change the lenses and fit them to my present frames, which I bought from Vision Expressand absolutely love!
Went in for eye test this morning. Such a thorough and patient optometrist and store manager. Staff so thoughtful and genuinely working to get the best for customers needs. And all that only a couple of days in to being at their new store premises. Thank you and well done vision express.
I went for my eye exam and mentioned I was having flashes on my eye. The staff were very professional and looked after me. I had a scan for the first a time and it showed something that wasn’t obvious in the usual pictures.the day. I now have a hospital appointment from a letter they sent to the hospital.
It is a great experience with very friendly staff with a high amount of collection choices they offer. The only problem it takes 4,5 days for making products ready to use

Very nice place and very nice staff. It was my first time there and I got 10 minutes late due to my prior appointment. They were very kind to reschedule the appointment on the same day. The staff front desk and optician both were very thorough in their examination. They did not hurry me in the process and were extremely patient with me. I will definitely recommend the store and company to my friends for any eye support.
