“I had treatment with Rob for a hip injury and he was fantastic. He created personalised plans, always explained everything clearly and checked in on my progress at each appointment. I had a marathon coming up that I didn’t think I’d be able to run but he supported my recovery throughout. He adapted exercises to suit me and gave targeted advice that really helped my recovery. Would highly recommend!”

“Thomas was an excellent physio and helped me massively with back pain and managing my situation. Went above and beyond with helping me understand the situation and how to manage my pain and move forward in the future towards pain free work etc.”
“I had been experiencing terrible back pain for about 9 months, prior to attending physio. I have a very physical job, and was finding it increasingly difficult to do it, to the point I was thinking I would need to retire, much earlier than I expected. However, after a couple of sessions with Josh, and full explanation of what was causing the pain, it's like night and day! He has been supportive throughout, and with his knowledge, has given me back an almost pain free life. I would highly recommend him to anyone with issues that physio could help with. He's been a godsend.”

“I'd been struggling with a neck injury for a while that had also caused pain in my back and shoulder. I saw Mick and he diagnosed the problem really quickly and gave me some useful stretches to do at home. I'm feeling properly better for the first time in a month. Would highly recommend First Physio!”
“Hi everyone, I have never given a review before but feel I must let people know how grateful I am to Andy. I have been in extreme pain in my hip for around 10 years . My doctor just kept given me more and more painkillers which never helped. I was extremely depressed with the pain and couldn't sleep. I decided to try having other treatments and went to Andy. He listened to me and diagnosed my pain in seconds. I was very sceptical and thought his treatment wouldn't work. However having my first treatment I walked out his clinic pain free for the first time in 10 years. I can now sleep pain free and three weeks later, I'm feeling fantastic. Thank you Andy for everything you have done for me. Moira x”
“I couldn’t recommend Pauline and her team enough. After doing lots of research and visiting many different clinics, I knew as soon as I met Pauline that this was the only place I was going to go. She is thorough at explaining everything and between her and her excellent staff the attention to detail is second to none. On the day of the transplant I was feeling a little anxious but the full team soon had me completely at ease. The results have been way better than I could ever imagine and I’m absolutely delighted and feeling much more confident!”
“I have been attending sessions with Paddy since early January, following a RTC last year which left me with multiple orthopaedic injuries. Having had no physiotherapy from statutory services, I felt my recovery looked bleak. In the short time I've been working with Paddy, I cannot believe the difference - for the first time I can see some what of a "normal" life in the near future. I am now walking confidently with crutches and building up the strength to walk unaided entirely. Prior to these sessions I was predominantly using a wheelchair! It is so wholesome to be able to engage in some activities with my children again. He has exceptional knowledge and works with such patience and compassion. He is holistic in his approach and looks beyond the physical components and offers genuine advice and support. I will be attending sessions for some time yet and I am excited to see further progress. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks Paddy !”
“I have had back pain for a few months and decided to give back to fitness a try. Matthew was knowledgable and took time to understand to root cause of my pain. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with back pain”
“Lorne is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was and how to sort it. I will happily return in the future when required and am happy to recommend. Five star service.”
“The service from BPSIC was great. I was given an appointment very quickly once I contacted them, which was great as I was in a significant amount of pain. The physiotherapist, Inab, was great. I felt very comfortable with her and she gave me confidence that I would recover and be pain free. She gave me clear instruction on the exercises that I would have to complete at home, this was followed up with email detailing the exercises with videos and written instruction - so no excuse for not doing my homework! Four appointments later, I was finished with regular treatments and left with a rehab exercise plan and advice on future activities. I would not hesitate to recommend Bishopbriggs Physiotherapy & SIC to anyone who needs their services. Handy location and fully accessible too. Thanks.”
