Today I was seen by Shaun and I booked in with the discounted rate to take advantage whilst having an injury. Shauns attention to detail was spot on from the minute we started chatting about my injury, assessing my shoulder and giving recommendations. He gave my shoulder and pectoral muscle a sports massage and I now have much better range of motion. He helped me stretch out and gave me some tips and recommendations on what to do post massage.
