My doctor just kept given me more and more painkillers which never helped. I was extremely depressed with the pain and couldn't sleep. I decided to try having other treatments and went to Andy. He listened to me and diagnosed my pain in seconds. I was very sceptical and thought his treatment wouldn't work. However having my first treatment I walked out his clinic pain free for the first time in 10 years. I can now sleep pain free and three weeks later, I'm feeling fantastic. Shauns attention to detail was spot on from the minute we started chatting about my injury, assessing my shoulder and giving recommendations. He gave my shoulder and pectoral muscle a sports massage and I now have much better range of motion. He helped me stretch out and gave me some tips and recommendations on what to do post massage. I would highly recommend to anyone needing some tension relieved in the muscles or problems with any injuries to book in. Great experience again at The Recovery Lounge. Thanks again.”
