“I highly recommend lizzy and the team at physiofirst. I suffered from a slipped disc and sciatica. After four months of being out of work, a lot of pain, strong medication and slow referrals from the hospital I started sessions with lizzy. After 5 sessions I was off my medication, back at work and starting to feel like myself again. Lizzy gave me exercises that were tailored to my condition and my body.
