Another excellent experience with Elite Therapy. This time I saw Anna who helped with an injury I've been trying to get to the bottom of for years. She was really clear throughout and explained what had been happening to lead to my injury and got to the exact issue. After one session I can already feel the difference. Would highly recommend.

I was able to book an appointment the same day and the physio really took her time, going through any history etc, before starting the treatment. I felt very well looked after during my appointment and left already feeling better than when I came in! My physio was lovely and gave me some useful advice. I would definitely recommend and come again!!
I honestly can't recommend Elite highly enough. Their sports therapists and physios are excellent, providing clear advice and effective treatment. Their Pilates and yoga classes are also great, with small class sizes making it possible for a more tailored experience if you are recovering from injury. Thank you Elite for all you've done to keep me up and running!

Just had my first deep tissue sports massage by Sebastian to focus on my shoulder and lower back. He's a top lad and knew straight away what area needed work. Quick consultant and thorough massage. I rebooked straight away for 2 weeks time. Easy booking online on on the phone. Best sports massage I've had. I'd recommend
Had a very high quality sports massage from Seb and posting this on the day of the massage, I already feel so much better. I had lots of tension in my back and he found all the issues and I will be going back to keep servicing the tensions I’ve had and after the first session I know that these issues are improving already.
