   Slightly disappointed. We bought three vouchers for 120 each ( 360 for 3 ) for a spa day and a hour massage. I purchased and booked via email 4 weeks prior to the spa day. At 4pm day prior to our “spa day” I got a phone call saying we won’t be able To use any of the facilities just the pool, and for that we have to arrive an hour before our appointment which we did but the pool was available to everyone so was full of family with kids which you wouldn’t want at “spa”. So not even a 24 hour notice as our appointment was at 12 the next day and unfortunately childcare, hotel Stays and days off work have already been arranged by then . On the phone call we have been told the facilities are closed but when we asked at the spa, we were told it’s just the gym members that have access and the rules have recently changed. Knowing I booked weeks prior we could have been informed of this and we could have changed the location or Made any other arrangements. Very poor communication. However can’t fault the spa staff. The ladies were very friendly and lovely.

   Friendly welcoming efficient staff. Nice environment, rooms were a little cold. Sarah did an excellent deep tissue massage and gave some good advice. Would definitely recommend.

   The worst customer service experience I wasted £200... Last December I bought a voucher, The Mum Experience for £200, this was my Christmas present from my parents. The experience includes massage, Facial, manicure, lunch and access to the Spa facilities: sauna, steam room etc. Few days before my booked appointment on Saturday 18th Oct, I was told by a friend of mine that the Spa facilities at David Lloyds are closed for refurbishment, so I tried to reschedule my appointment, 3 days nobody picked up the phone, neither reply to my emails so I had no choice but to attend my appointment. The staff had no idea that I had lunch included, called the manager but he said that only drinks are included and they are not prepared to provide that either so they offered me just £15 cash or voucher... I booked a whole day experience and at the end I could use only the treatments... the massage and facial were nice but the masseuse did extremely poor job doing my nails with gel polish. She was rough when doing my cuticles, no cutticle softner applied, no buffing the nails which is essential for gel polish application, colour was uneven, nails not evenly filed, colour going into my finger. For a luxury beauty saloon I was left beyond disappointed and frustrated. I won't return to PureSPA.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful pedicure with Keira. From the moment we met, I felt as if I had known her for years — she was warm, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The treatment itself was perfect, but what stood out most was how comfortable and cared for I felt throughout. Highly recommend!

   Amazing! From welcome to check out this was a delightful and relaxing experience. All the ladies I engaged with were so friendly, kind and welcoming- attentive to my care and experience. The hot stone massage was one of the best I have ever had and I felt my needs were really listened and attended to. Couldn’t recommend this enough- simply brilliant!

   I was treated to a Hot stone massage here yesterday evening. I was greeted by the lovely Jenna who had time to chat with me. Then I had one of the best massages I have ever had in 20 years. First time with a Hot massage - it was awesome because Hannah was amazing, professional, patient and could clearly tell she loves what she is doing. She asked at the start the usual questions type of massage - relaxing, revitalising etc and pressure, but also anything during previous massages that I didn’t like - what a good question! Honestly couldn’t recommend Hannah enough, it’s an expensive massage comparatively but it was worth it!! Only problem was for a few minutes above the room was noisy as something was possibly being moved in the gym. But that’s the club to take on board and sort. Hannah apologised and turned up the music to drown it out. Bless her. Such a refreshing service from the Spa where the ladies take pride in their work and enjoy what they do!! Well done ladies and thank you.
