   I can highly recommend Luke to anyone who is looking to work on their mental health in a friendly environment! I was struggling with some life events, so decided to get in touch with Luke who made me comfortable right from the start. In his sessions I spoke a lot and it felt like talking to a friend. I liked his approach that combined listening, explaining concepts with points to practical actions. In the past year I made huge progress and can see the changes in myself and my day to day life and decision making!

   I realise now that for talk therapy to be productive you need to find the right person, for myself, Luke is that person. Luke's character is one of empathy and understanding and the passion for his profession is evident whenever you work with him, my life has changed (drastically) since the beginning of our time together and whilst I can attribute some of that change to the work I do when I'm not in a session Luke has undoubtedly been the facilitator. And for that I can never thank him enough.
