    Ewelina Kaminska - Wellness Therapist

“I went to see Ewelina for a remedial massage to help with a muscular imbalance, and honestly, after one session, I booked a block of treatments straight away! She gave me exercises to help with my problem, and the massages were amazing. She is extremely professional and you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing, and she explains each step so you also gain some knowledge too! She also suggested reflexology (my first time trying it!), and I walked out feeling so grounded. Her calm and caring approach gave me total confidence, and now I see her once a month for regular treatments. What makes Ewelina special is how much she cares. She even lent me one of her books on sleep to help me outside of my sessions, which says a lot about her dedication to her clients. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

“I started working with Simon in Oct 2021 and I can confidently say this was one of the most pivotal decisions I have made to improve my life. At the time I was very isolated, scared, I had an extremely negative view of myself, and I didn't know how I could fix it. Simon is a very likeable person. I connected with his style of humour and I felt very comfortable during our sessions. Particularly, when I opened up about my most difficult thoughts. During our time together, he helped me build the ability to tackle my negative beliefs and helped me to gain confidence to bring to every aspect of my life. This has allowed me to explore and discover myself in ways that, without his help, I might never have done. I am in a much happier place now. I have the tools and practice to continue building as a person and I am exceptionally thankful for his help. I cannot recommend Simon enough!”

    Edinburgh Counsellor

“Maria was highly recommended to me and I highly recommend her as well. Although my time with her was relatively short, due to moving from Edinburgh, it was highly affective in my daily life and the way I perceive the past. Her methods are empathetic, receptive and caring whilst simultaneously achieving a level of competence and control that made me feel safe and secure to open up and explore my past trauma. Maria is the type of therapist that will not push you, but only encourage you at your current level of willingness to dig deep and face the challenges in your present or past. I had tried therapy once more prior to my experience with Maria and I felt hopeless because I had not connected with the therapist, but Maria has changed that experience for me. I hope my next therapist when I move cities will be as great as her!”

“I joined the Joint Pain programme 6 months ago and found it very beneficial. All staff were extremely helpful. The class leader was very patient and pleasant, the physiotherapist was excellent and I appreciated the fact that he accompanied me to the gym, giving reassurance that I was doing things that would not be harmful. I found the cafe very convenient and reasonably priced. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere with Freddie and all those on duty made the whole exercise experience a pleasure and one to be continued.”

“Great admin staff, prompt communication following initial enquiries. Staff are very professional, non-judgemental, reassuring and easy to get along with. They offer a wide range of helpful services. Accessible locations, rooms are light and comfortable - and they offer hot drinks! I was anxious about the first appointment but as soon as I met Ewan and noticed the calm, peaceful surroundings I felt quite relaxed. Overall, such a valuable experience and I'd give it 6 stars if that was possible!”
