“I had Repetitive strain injury in my wrists which was so bad I found it difficult to do up the buttons on my jeans. I was referred to the hospital where the doctor told me I'd have to have surgery. I decided this wasn't what I wanted and looked for alternative treatment. I was treated at Physology by Claire and get top up treatments as and when I need them (which is not very often) I no longer have any issues with my hands or wrists and definitely didn't need the surgery. Claire is warm and friendly and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is having the same problems.”

I was hopeful the physio team would help my hubby but we are both overwhelmed at how far he has come. I would urge anyone to use this service.”

After - I have learnt to speak up for myself, although it’s only in small ways it has strengthened me to be myself. I am starting to enjoy life, the negative thoughts have reduced, and when they occur I have a way to combat them. I feel more confident to be myself and the biggest change has been that I am now no longer responsible for others emotions and keeping everyone happy and that is a massive weight off. I always thought I was a pessimist and now I find I am optimistic 80% of the time. These changes have been gradual but have had a big impact on me.”
