“*Very honest review* I came in with a bad ache in two teeth — one very close to the root canal, which honestly frightened me because I really didn’t want to go through that. Dr. Rami explained everything to me in such a clear, simple, yet detailed way. Really clean, sanitary work using rubber dampers and changing gloves frequently. Professionally designed my filling making it look as my natural as possible. Also frequently checked my bite and asked me how I was feeling. I was very comfortable the entire time, the whole treatment was truly pain-free — even after the numbness wore off, I haven’t felt any pain at all which is something I’ve never experienced before. I also want to say a big thank you to Olivia, who was the nurse during my treatment. She’s absolutely wonderful — she kept checking in on me, even took time out of her break to help, and played music to help me relax. I really appreciate the time and care both of them put in. It’s not an easy job, but they make it look effortless with how kind and professional they are.♥️”

“It was a wonderful and relaxing day. All staff very nice and friendly, but Aurora....the girl that give me the treatment.....well she has magic hands. Due to my job i had my back, neck and legs quite stiff and painful. She took my pain off and honestly i felt like a new born. Just floating after this wonderful treatment. Josie is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with trying new things in the gym and talking through good goals to work towards. “was not a guest at the hotel but came by for dinner at the court, and was perhaps the best meal of my whole time in edinburgh. the staff were all lovely and attentive, without being overbearing. we had the tasting menu, and the food was all so delicious, the wine pairings absolutely perfect. will definitely be back to try the signature dishes. i would recommend highly to stop by on any visit or special occasion, the space is exceptional and the service was top notch. a special shoutout to elena too for taking care of us all night and making our evening so wonderful, she was exceptional all night making all the right touches that gave for the most wonderful time. thank you all, look forward to visiting again soon!”

“Met with the lovely Devin today who settled me in. Once she was ready I was taken the room where the environment immediately began to calm and relax me. I recieved a deluxe massage and facial from Devin. It was amazing, she knows all the right spots, the right amount of pressure and technique. She was amazing with her hands and checked in with me along the way to make sure i was ok. I felt like I was transported to another world, and now leaving here I immediately want to go back. Thank you so much Devin for a wonderful end to my stay in Edinburgh.”

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in North Queensferry. The room was amazing — spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The restaurant was another highlight; the food was truly top-notch and worth every bite. If you can, definitely choose a room with a view of the bridge. It’s absolutely stunning and adds something special to the whole experience. Parking is available, but finding a spot on the weekends can be a bit challenging, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. Aside from that, the staff and service were exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this brand: professional, attentive, and consistently helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful location.”

“Oh my goodness!!! This was such an amazing spa!! We've been to many and One Spa is definitely at the top of my list. After traveling Ireland and the UK, we thought it would be nice to spend the last day of our trip at the Spa to relax and rejuvenate. My husband and I chose the "Signature at One" package that included 1 hour and 50 minute treatment (body scrub, facial and massage). It also included 3 hours of their Thermal Spa experience. It was absolutely amazing and I recommend everyone experience it!”

“Went for a Spa Day for 2 with a Virgin Experience voucher. Staff very friendly, nice changing rooms and facilities, great pool with saunas and jacuzzies. Had wonderful treatments from Claire and Amanda and enjoyed the relaxation room afterwards. Would definitely recommend.”

“I joined the Joint Pain programme 6 months ago and found it very beneficial. All staff were extremely helpful. The class leader was very patient and pleasant, the physiotherapist was excellent and I appreciated the fact that he accompanied me to the gym, giving reassurance that I was doing things that would not be harmful. I found the cafe very convenient and reasonably priced. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere with Freddie and all those on duty made the whole exercise experience a pleasure and one to be continued.”
