   Amazing place, very relaxing and love that there's so many areas to choose from for personal preferences. There are other people going about but no one minds, everyone is there just to enjoy themselves. I would definitely come back. Also appreciated the rule of no phones (to en extent) I didn't go on mine for the full 3 hour experience and it was great just to shut off from the outside world for a small amount of time

   We have been members and regular visitors for a few months now and for sure there are pros and cons - However not the topic today. The actual SPA was really good especially with Emma. We had our appointments on Hero ESPA in mid-December. I would say the service, attitude and technique were top notch. Emma was very attentive and understanding throughout the 80-min experience. I felt relaxed and never rushed with anything even though I’m sure they have a schedule to maintain. The rest area was also a thoughtful touch. We hope to come back for another session soon!

   I went to the one spa on a group trip. I didn’t have a treatment but used the spa facilities. The spa was excellent. Robes and footwear were provided. The rooftop pool was lovely and they had a great variety of saunas and steam rooms. Here are some of the things that made the spa great - Fresh towel station which was really welcome addition after you’ve been in and out of pools / showers etc - Several types of sauna / steam rooms, salt rooms and sensory showers. - No phone policy made me feel comfortable that no one is taking photos of me. I also like how everyone was trusted to abide by that. - Not too noisy or too busy. Overall a really great spa would recommend.

   Oh my goodness!!! This was such an amazing spa!! We've been to many and One Spa is definitely at the top of my list. After traveling Ireland and the UK, we thought it would be nice to spend the last day of our trip at the Spa to relax and rejuvenate. My husband and I chose the "Signature at One" package that included 1 hour and 50 minute treatment (body scrub, facial and massage). It also included 3 hours of their Thermal Spa experience. It was absolutely amazing and I recommend everyone experience it!

   I've already visited a couple of times now with friends, and I absolutely love it every time. The variety of saunas is fantastic, and even the showers are also a great part of the experience. My absolute favourite is the outdoor hydro pool - I was lucky enough to visit on sunny days, which made it even more special to relax in the warm water while soaking up the sun. Truly therapeutic for both body and mind. I'll definitely be back!

   Slightly overpriced for a day pass but a beautiful facility. Men size flip flops would be welcome by those who aren't a size 5. The dark relaxation room would be improved with an additional lounger so that 2 couples could relax there. All in all had a great time!

   My daughter and I both visited this beautiful spa in Edinburgh, we both had different treatments. There is a range if treatments available. The staff are terrific and the ambience is very relaxing. I would recommend to anyone for a lovely pause in their busy lives.

   I got this as a gift and it was a lovely relaxing experience with great facilities including the thermal suite and well equipped gym. Staff were very helpful and resolved an issue very quickly for me. However, it is very expensive at £75pp for the 3 hour experience. Definitely a special occasion event and not something you can do regularly at these prices.

   Wonderful experience and incredibly relaxing. Can get a bit busy at times and the hot sauna is a bit small. Steam room was incredible. Outdoor jet pool is incredibly relaxing. Look at membership or getting a treatment as day visit price is a bit expensive.

   Rating for hydrotherapy without services: I think we went during a peak time and they're understaffed. The facilities didn't all seem to be working, such as the salt room button and hammam room; the quiet room wasn't dark and had loud music (it also was also a bit chilly), and the sauna that was supposed to have water and rocks didn't. No one appeared to be tidying water from the floor or stray towels. The clientele wasn't observing a quiet spa atmosphere and it gave a less relaxing, more social vibe. The dry saunas, pool, and hot pool were nice. I don't think it's a bad spot, and I'd consider going again during a less busy time, but I also expected a better experience for the money. It can either be an upscale relaxation spa or a midgrade social spa; it portrays one but is actually the other.
