Came for an afternoon full body hot stone massage for an hour. Claire was an amazing massage specialist. Very relaxing and would definitely come again. Highly recommend to book with Claire. Very detailed and made sure I was ok with the pressure during the massage. 5+ rating
The worst service and worst treatment they never change! This is the second time I’ve had a problem with them. Every time, they book me for the wrong service, and this time they even booked me at another branch without informing me. I had to pay for Uber twice, and when I arrived, they had again booked the wrong service. I told them I no longer want any services with them because I’ve had a bad experience before. With the service I did before and now this issue, I asked them to refund the remaining balance on my gift card they said they would contact me, but no one has reached out so far. I even sent an email, but no one replied. On top of that, they deducted an amount from my gift card for a service I never received. Very poor service!
Unfortunately difficult to book the same therapist . Rachel was fantastic and so i booked a course ! Great variation in therapists. I have had one therapist twice for waxing , the first occasion she missed 1/2 my upper lip the second time waxing without care (no skin tension etc.) Impossible to get through on the phone & contact by email so you cant get the therapist you want haphazard to say the least .
Izabela did my nails and toes today, and I am very happy with the whole experience. The check-in process was smooth and Lucy was very warm and welcoming, then during the treatment Izabela was attentive and listened to my concerns (especially that I’ve had a very bad experience recently at another salon), she handled my nails gently and suggested a great natural look which was perfect! Totally recommended, and I will definitely be back!
Isabella was absolutely brilliant - had a lovely afternoon chatting with her and having a good girlie giggle, which was most appreciated. She does beautiful work and her attention to detail was stellar - my nails and my leg wax were fantastic and I’m so happy with the outcome. Will definitely be back!
Emily was fantastic, well mannered and reassuring, created a lovely environment to have a great massage in, the only thing I'd critique would be maybe have someone on the desk solely for greeting guests as the receptionist was on the phone when I appeared and was on the phone for a bit dealing with another client
Meredith was FABULOUS. She gave me a really refreshing and relaxing foot treatment to start, followed by a really targeted back massage and finishing with a lovely facial. She was warm, welcoming, friendly and professional, and I enjoyed my treatment so much I booked a return appointment before I left the premises! She's a total asset and I'm very much looking forward to coming back and having such a wonderful professional work on all my aches and pains! Many thanks to her :)
Avoid. Dismal experience. Original appointments were cancelled (twice - two separate days) because staff cancelled shifts or were sick. Second appointment was rescheduled for different location and different time. We arrived early- as requested in the confirmation email - and didn't see anyone who worked there for 15 minutes. I called the number and was directed to see someone at reception... where there was no one. Had booked two appointments so my daughters could get their nails done together. Five minutes after the start time for both appointments, they asked if one of the girls would like to start. I explained that the girls wanted to do nails together. Another five minutes later they started both appointments, sitting the girls at opposite ends of the nail table with multiple spots in between... even though no one else was getting nails done. One of the technicians made my daughter's cuticle bleed. I asked her to be more gentle, and she justified that it was only one finger. If you are looking for a lovely spa experience and a bit of pampering, you are better off trying somewhere else.
I'm definitely glad I chose Pure Spa. I loved the tea and the place to hang your coat. I paid £30 pounds for a gel manicure, a fair price. Megan was wonderful. She was very friendly and professional. She did an amazing job on my nails. 5/5 stars, would recommend.
