Sophena is so informative and takes the time to talk through the treatments with you before you begin and make ypu comfortable. I had a full body massage that was so clearly tailored, much better than many others I have had where they simply go through the motions. The Japanese head spa and head massage combo was honestly incredible. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Tracy took her time to find out what sort of massage I wanted and areas to target. Great massage and facial and then moved to eye package where I had my brows waxed and tinted and a lash tint. Agreed on brow shape and colour and both turned out great. First time leg wax was easy and fast too. The working area was clean with a nice ambiance and Tracy was lovely and easy to talk to.”

“The groomers are very welcoming and kind, and do a great job. Our pup loves going to Charlie’s Perfect Paws. Whenever we happen to pass by on other days she pulls toward the door (no doubt because of the care and treats she gets). From the pics you can also see they go above and beyond. “The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. On a recent visit with my daughter, we had forgotten to ask for a twin room. Needless to say it was remedied by their lovely staff within the hour. We had gone for the dinner, bed and breakfast option (for my birthday treat) and enjoyed a lovely evening with delicious food, generous portions and a wide choice of options.
