I am extremely disappointed with my experience. In August, I purchased a £100 voucher as a gift for a friend, which was never received. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company via email, their online contact form, and by phone. Despite this, I have received no response whatsoever. I have now requested a refund, as I paid for a voucher that was never delivered. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable, and I will be escalating this matter further if it is not resolved promptly. I would strongly advise others to be cautious until customer service and refund processes improve.

Today I had the most relaxing therapeutic massage at pure spa Glasgow with an exceptional therapist. It was a manual lymphatic drainage and has left me able to deal with life & I have been so relaxed and floated back home. Can't wait for my next treatment

Henrieta is amazing. Her massage technique and skill is excellent. She not only made me feel relaxed by the end of the massage but also refreshed. It was the perfect balance between soothing and therapeutic. She is highly skilled and I would recommend her to all.

The massage was fine, facial was fine, too. Wouldn’t recommend it again because it was overpriced for what I got: limited privacy, no questions about any areas of concern or what my skin issues were and no facilities to enjoy. Why bother informing clients to bring a robe and slippers if you don’t even get to use them? All in all, it was a rushed and limiting experience (also already replied back with my feedback directly to the spa).

First and last time customer. Went yesterday for the Deluxe Pedicure for £62. The “shape up” left me with hangnails on 6 toes (I didn’t have when I walked in.) You get a salt scrub in the beginning to exfoliate, then coconut oil on the feet wrapped in plastic bags.. you sit for 10-15 mins with your feet in these unsanitary foot heaters. Then a very unenthusiastic 15-20 min shin rub which I think was meant to be the foot massage. I had a laser appointment afterwards and said I could not have all this coconut oil on my skin, she handed me the dry towel we’ve used throughout the appointment and said I could wipe myself down. Which I did, and put on my socks only to notice the painful new hangnails on my pinky toes.

I actually wanted to rate a 4 cause for treatments involving scrubs and showers you really need to provide disposable slippers. And there was none, a huge minus. But the great techniques make it up. Feel like it’d be a bit unfair to not rate a 5. So I’ll just leave a comment here and hopefully there’ll be some improvements in the future.

I had 2 treatments carried out by Kinga in the salon today and she was lovely and knowledgeable. The clinic was bright, warm and clean and the ladies who work there were all friendly and welcoming, I’ll be returning in future. Thanks!

Lovely overall experience. Great massage and facial from Jordyn, and friends were also very impressed with their treatments. Great that all 3 of us could be taken at the same time. Sauna an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

I've had alot of deep tissue massages but none like the way Carolann did it. She really figured out what my issues were and personalized the whole massage to fit my needs. She is very skilled and I will make an effort to come back and see her again. Would recommend her 100%

Terrible experience! I purchased a gift card online because they had an offer going. I used my ApplePay to pay and because their website wasn’t working properly, I got charged the full amount. This was over the weekend and the offer was time limited so I went in again and I tried again but paid with a bank card directly, so no ApplePay this time. I thought this would be the quickest way and then I can just ask them for a refund for my first purchase because their website wasn’t working properly. How wrong was I! Immediately after these purchases I emailed them, explained the situation and got back a shocking answer! No refunds for gift cards purchases! This was back in July, and 3 months later I still don’t have the refund and they keep saying that refunds for gift cards aren’t possible! It was their fault as their website wasn’t working properly and the offer was time limited! Terrible terrible customer experience! And the gift card was for £80!!! This was a treatment that I purchased for myself before my wedding, a wee treat for myself. So a few days after this online torture happened I had an appointment booked. I went for a facial, which was nice. The lady was fantastic, so was the receptionist when I came in. But then upon leaving I wanted to use my card to tip and oh dear, what a disaster again! The second receptionist couldn’t figure out how to do it and I had to walk out without the tip. Terrible experience, this is not how you treat your customers!
