“I can honestly say I've never had better service than what I get from Karen. She's welcoming, warm and professional. I've had two tattoos removed with her and the customer care has always been faultless. The location is great with on site free parking. The treatment is, as you would imagine, pretty painful. I use numbing cream and wrap area in cling film before treatment and put an ice pack over the tattoo which really helps. she an incredible machine and only needed 6 sessions to remove tattoo on arm. So fab having a masseuse trained and knowledgeable in sports/msk issues as well as giving super relaxing massages. I've been to Eilidh for Swedish, revival and sports massages and all fantastic. Also booked in with Megan for cut and colour. First time meeting Megan-she made me feel so relaxed with such a gentle and friendly manner and managed to brush out my very tuggy hair without me feeling a twinge. Really enjoyed a wee head massage when having hair washed out and I love the finished result of the colour and cut. We were both giggling by end of the app, I'll certainly be back to see her! As always, Bon Vivant is the perfect remedy.”

We were so nervous about leaving our girls who are 8 & 7 and have never been away from us, we were longing for a holiday to Florida for years and finally decided to go but the thought of leaving the girls for 3 weeks had us all super nervous! Hotel K9 and all their staff have been wonderful, from the 1st consultation almost 2 years before the big holiday to all the trial nights and then the best 3 weeks my dogs have ever had I am just so so happy that Hotel K9 exists purely for the dogs!! Regular updates via the private FB group were fabby but the cherry on top was CCTV in the girls suite so we could check in and see for ourselves how at ease and happy they were! Daily walks in the beautiful Kilsyth countryside, enrichment, playtime, cuddles and the all important bath before collection makes Hotel K9 the best in my opinion!”
