They gave me the entire bottom floor and made sure that no one else would come down as to respect my privacy. She spent so much time getting to the bottom of exactly what I wanted, telling me in detail what she was going to do and gave me the exact haircut that I wanted, all whilst being so friendly and lovely. I came in for a curly cut and highlights and initially wasn’t delighted with the result from the colour but they immediately offered to have me back in free of charge and redo it and now it’s exactly what I wanted. They were very understanding, saying that as I had never had my hair coloured before they had gone gentle but were happy to add more colour as they could see it was not my initial vision. I’ve been in for curly cuts before, always from a trainee hairdresser, and have always been very impressed! They clearly train their staff very well!
