   This is the third time Promise has braided my daughter’s hair, and I can honestly say we won’t go anywhere else. She is attentive, caring, and incredibly professional, yet the moment you walk in, it feels like you’re spending time with a friend. The quality of her braids is truly amazing beautiful, neat, and long-lasting every single time. Most importantly to me, she is so patient and wonderful with my daughter, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. We’re so grateful to have found Beauty Splendour when we did!    I had my first ever experience getting braided with Promise and it was excellent. She helped me pick out styles and consult with her via email before the appointment , and was completely ready and welcoming when I came in. She even matched the braids to the hair color I had mentioned! She is so kind, thoughtful, and patient throughout the whole process - making it feel like an absolute breeze.    Got my first ever box braids done by Promise yesterday. What a great experience from first getting in touch with Promise a few months ago with my initial enquiry nothing was to much trouble for her. I had a consultation last week to finalise my vision and then spent seven hours (time that just passed so quickly) in salon yesterday I absolutely love my hair and will definitely be back in the future
