Whilst my hairdresser was lovely, the ambience and atmosphere within the salon needs some work. Everything felt rushed and chaotic. My haircut was good though but it’s about the overall experience for me, it should be a relaxing luxurious situation which unfortunately it isn’t here.
I would like to start by saying that the staff in this place is so welcoming and profesional. I had my hair done Kasia and I could not recommend her enough. She managed to fixed my hair that previous hairdresser ruined and I can finally say I love my hair and have my confidence back.
My 4-year old son just had his haircut today by the resident barber in the salon. The barber's name is Cameron and he was very friendly and patient with my son given that my son is non-verbal. I'm really pleased with the service we received and I'll definitely be going back.
I’ve never had a good experience with hairdressers however this hairdressers was absolutely amazing. My hair was in a horrible condition and Pamela and all staff were incredible. My hair looks so much better and staff are so down to earth, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!
My daughter had her hair done here today with Angela. Total re-style. Absolutely AMAZING. Totally transformed her and gave her a much needed boost. Angela was brilliant with my daughter , kind and patient. Prices for children are fantastic for the skill and experience you are getting. After not having my hair done for over a year, I chose to have it done here on the 29 October 2022. I was received with such professionalism and respect by all personnel. I booked a half a head highlight and cut and blow dry. During the process of finding the right colour for my hair and haircut I got advice, choices and felt respected and heard. The price was fair and the result was great, I could not be happier. I recommend Sorbie Hayes no11 to anyone needing their hair done.
