Went yesterday for a keratin blow dry. Girls were amazing and lovely dealing with my mass of hair. Such a friendly, relaxed salon.
Thanks so much for my Brazilian blow dry! My hair feels super soft and it feels that healthy way your hair feels after a cut. I didn't even get it cut today. Love my nails too. Lovely and bright for the summer. Just need some sun now.
Just home from Another fab cut and colour from the lovely Stephanie for me and my daughter Sofie x Been coming for a few years now (a wee hidden gem of a place) Stephanie 1st met Sofie back when her hair was away down her back (sooo long), she’s had it cut a bit short then totally chopped, coloured every colour possible, but always a fab job every time. I’ve started having lighter bits in my jet black hair and love love love it! Sofie went red tonight and loves it :-)

First time visit to get a keratin blow dry. Firstly I was a bit confused as it say online that it's a special promotion £60 also there's a big notice right outside the shop that says the same. I was charged £80, not sure why. With regards to the treatment I felt that it was very rushed. I have had the Brazilian blowout several times and know that it is very similar to the keratin. The treatment is heat activated where you need to straighten every bit of the hair. I felt because the salon was busy with people waiting this was not done properly. I had to come home and sit and section my hair and go over it with straightens myself. Haven't obviously washed it yet but I'm not expecting much. Will be sticking to my usual place.
Do not pre pay using the 5pm website. I found out the day before my appointment that my daughter had tested positive for covid so called the salon straight away to explain I had to isolate as per government guidelines, only to be told thats not our problem, we won't change the appointment date or refund you! I didn't want a refund, I only wanted to change my appointment date. I am now £50 out of pocket!! I appreciate times are hard for everybody but a little compassion goes along way especially when the circumstances can't be helped!!!
The staff always listen and take into consideration what you request. They are friendly and you can always have a good conversation with them. I had a cut and blow-dry today and like all the other times, I came out feeling very satisfied with my new haircut. Also, due to the virus, they kept seats clean and protective screens up. As well as wearing their masks.
