   Awful experience lady doing my eyelashes glued my eyes together glued top lashes with my bottom lashes I even had a lash stuck to my eyebrow. My lashes looked horrendous. After being in the store over 2 hours trying to unglue my eyes manager said she would only give me my money bag if the removed all the lashes. I did not want them touching my eyes anymore as I was in pain and manager refused to give me my money. I have never complained about a store in 15 years of living in East Kilbride and can honestly say this was a horrible experience with a rude manager.

   Do not waste your money in this place !! I normally use another nail bar but went in here to give it and try also because I was in a hurry. It was very clear the guy doing my nails was inexperienced which isn't his fault but he shouldn't be doing nail and taken customers money until knows the job. I got french nails I asked for a v tip, he began and near covered the whole nail with the white, on seeing I wasn't amused the girl next to him spoke and he started again. Most if my nails are different from one another in the style of French. I was extremely disappointed in the service. At start of app i asked for a chrome finish which i had to ask for again when the guy thought he had finished causing him to file again which i may add was rough in doing throughout.The staff were aware of ny disappointment during this service to a point I could clearly see they were discussing me which with suffering from anxiety anyway, it made me extremely uncomfortable . I could see expecially my pinky nails were different but I was in a hurry to ask for this to be fixed. As you will see both them in photo.

   First time and never again!!!!! If I could give minus I would. I have just moved to Scotland from London / Kent and found this nail shop. It always looks busy and though I would give it a go. When I asked for what I wanted the lady's response automatically was they will probably look ugly and I replied I have had them done like this before and they have always come out great. The nails are so thick, the are not even filed straight and they was so rough with them. Am not happy one bit and genuinely can't wait to get them off!!!! And tryna charge 38 quid!

   Newly opened and I used for 1st time two weeks ago Gel French and the guy did a good job My nails lasted well I'm going back this week Only difference will be slight change in base pink colour Special offer price last time so will ask normal price when I return Salon clean but no sanitizer I always have my own but I will point this out if again unavailable Therefore point deducted
