   Have been going here for last few years and have always been happy. However went on Saturday young girl asked me what I wanted. Stated I wanted my nails shortened a bit and colour. She proceeded to cut nails then take off previous colour and then got clippers and I thought she was starting to shape ends but took more off my nails and when I asked why she brought acrylics out. I stated I did not want acrylics had ask for my own nails to be shortened and colour. She brings over another girl. I explain I didn't want acrylics and now my own nails chopped right down. They kept saying we will do acrylics while I'm stating I didn't want acrylics but due to state she has left my nails acrylics will need to do but stated three times I was not paying for acrylics as this was there fault. Girl then spend over an hour doing my nails while I sat angry and upset that they had done this. At end we end up in dispute with the other girl telling me I owe them 40 pounds. I stand my ground n state I usually get infills n colour at 33 pounds n not paying more. More arguing and she eventually states ok 33 pounds and we will not do your nails again. Rude and to be honest they should not have charged me as they chopped my own nails. She tried to state I had acrylic nails on at start. Don't think so it took me a year to repair my own from last set I got. Now having to repair again. Customer service diabolic rude and not accepting responsibility. Go elsewhere people

   reference and then what I ended up with. I wanted the reference pic nail colours, they didn't have the pale colour and told me to choose another but wouldn't show me what colours they did have even after choosing another one which they still didn't have. chose to just get all the one colour. only after putting the tips on my nails did I get told they couldn't do the style I wanted. asked for a pink for the little stars which have ended up blue and I couldn't be bothered complaining another time of it not being the right colour. they don't even look like the simple reference stars, mine are more like blobs with lines coming out. £33 down the drain and I have a wedding to go to very soon. not happy and will not be back!

   I tried to ask about builder get & extensions, as I was looking for advice, I didnt get advice, I got one word answers. Very hard trying to ask for advice or inquire as I'm not understood. Ended up with not quite what I wanted plus two nails were quite badly done, more noticeable in daylight, hence why I went back . Spoke to another girl who I tried to say it wasn't quite what I wanted as I was trying to ask for advice on what to get but never got it, thus girl was defensive & rude straight away. No customer service at all. Not to mention the uv lamp was burning my finger nails, which was sore, I pulled my fingers out a wee times. Never experienced this before, felt like my nails were burning. I tried to ask if that was right, which I knew it wasn't, it was just the fact the girl never bothered about it. They are too busy talking to each other & not listening , not that I know if I'm understood. Really hard to ask for advice, ended up with not really what I wanted. Girl bever bothered about my nails feeling like they were burning, as I said I had to pull my fingers out few times. No apology. I wouldn't even have given 1 star. I also got them done in December & had to return to get them fixed then, dont even know why I went back. This is the first time though that I've experienced the burning in uv lamp.

   Got my nails done here 5 days ago.The man doing them did a good job at the time but didn't really understand what I wanted. One of my nails have now broken. Won't be going back.

   Spent time hear today getting my nails done. The young man that did my nails done a great job and was very polite, as did the other young man working there. The lady next to me had a girl doing her nails while doing them she chatted on a face time call the whole time. Didn't talk to the customer at all. Her .anners were shocking

   Very rude girl did my nails, barely said one word to me the whole time she was doing my nails, too busy talking on the phone! (She had earphones in) So unprofessional it's unbelievable, was so uncomfortable sitting there!! Get some friendly staff that actually talk to their customers, rather than to their mates on the phone! Should not be allowed. My nails seemed fine at first, however about a week later they started to get break a little bit which caused pain and I had no choice but to pull it off as it would get caught in everything. It was really sore for a few days as it went down too far! Never going back, disgrace of a place

   The nail girls are brilliant at what they do, I always get my shellacs done here, and reasonable price listing for everything. However, I went through a faze of getting my eye brows done every month and I found their products caused me pain. I thought it was just because I have thick hair and I had done my own for so long, but I used to get my eye brows done lots at other spas and it didn't hurt as much, so not sure if the materials are cheaper here.
