   Visited the salon yesterday for the first time and was very pleased with the whole experience. Abbie was spot on on the colour I was having in mind for toner refresh, she accommodated all my queries and did exactly what I was looking for. Very kind and friendly staff. Will definitely visit again. The prices are so reasonable which was also so important to and good for me.

   I would give this salon more than 5 stars if possible!! Best experience!! Everyone is absolutely sweet and welcoming. Book your appointment you won’t be disappointed!! I have never gotten my hair with permanent tint and had a consult with Beth prior to my appointment. She was extremely thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. I also had a very bold and drastic change I wanted to achieve: I’m a natural dark brunette and wanted a Cowboy copper tint. Not only did Beth manage to match the colors perfectly… we didn’t have to use bleach. Other salons said it would not be possible to achieve without bleaching my hair. There is nothing particularly wrong with hair bleaching but it was a concern of mine that I would have liked to avoid and we did. It did take two sessions to achieve the final look but, that most certainly can happen when dying hair especially when bleach isn’t used so it was not an obstacle at all!! Beth was super patient and made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole process. Beth is extremely knowledgeable and personable! I would recommend anyone in that salon but I personally got to work with Beth and I know she has me as a client for as long as I’m living here in Scotland. Thank you to the salon for the hospitality and for achieving the change I wanted! I am extremely happy with the results and can’t wait to keep this hair color for the next few years!!

   Beth is fantastic. I came to do a root touchup and she matched my previous hair highlights perfectly and accompanied it with a subtle balayage to make the whole thing blend naturally. I trusted her fully, and the result was fantastic - she knows what she's doing. I'll be back soon, I can't recommend her enough! (Before and after pics)

   Another amazing visit to 281! This was my third time here and unfortunately my usual stylist Danni was fully booked and I was in need of a very last minute cut and half head of highlights. The salon went so far above and beyond to squeeze me in with another stylist called Katie I believe who had such great energy and made the whole experience so enjoyable! So happy with my hair and such a good price as well - as usual, I'll definitely be back! Thanks again to 281 for being the best salon in Glasgow all round.

   Had my first ever appointment at 281 hair and got the new customer offer for the conditioner treatment, Re-style cut and blow dry by Abbie. I wanted to find somewhere new and out with my local area as I was looking for something new, and Abbie did not disappoint! She knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me exactly that. Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Massage chair at the hair wash station was lush! I have had so many compliments on my hair since I had it done. I will definitely be back!    Hi Guys that place is absolutely amazing and professional, the best Hairdresser in Scotland! Kayleigh is fantastic will advise you what could be done with the hairs to look beautiful, also the atmosphere in studio is so friendly that you really relaxing there and really can have a "me time" with those guys.    I was invited to the event and had only couple of days to fix my hair... luckily those guys found a slot for me on saturday. Though we had limited time, the result exceeded my expectations! Stylist Katie was very professional and nice! Massage chair during long colouring is a great thing also ;)
