I came in for a curly cut and highlights and initially wasn’t delighted with the result from the colour but they immediately offered to have me back in free of charge and redo it and now it’s exactly what I wanted. They were very understanding, saying that as I had never had my hair coloured before they had gone gentle but were happy to add more colour as they could see it was not my initial vision. I’ve been in for curly cuts before, always from a trainee hairdresser, and have always been very impressed! They clearly train their staff very well! It’s a lovely atmosphere as well and staff are all very lovely :)”
