Hayley is wonderful and I love this clinic. No pressure, honest advice in a friendly, supportive environment. The treatment is never rushed and the advice comes from a very knowledgeable and professional place. I’ve been delighted with every treatment I’ve received. Foundation training completed in April…. Now beginning advanced training Lorraine and Hayley are professional and knowledgeable and help put me at ease throughout the procedures

Terrible. They botched my botox 5 years ago and I didn't recognise it was the same salon, looks totally different. Lorraine pulled up my review from 5 years ago on her phone and demanded I delete it and she'd do my treatment but couldn't promise she wouldn't have the same problems again with treatment! Quite a rude woman Kept me waiting 30 minutes before speaking to me time wasting. Thank goodness that I dodged that. Lorraine was very rude, spoke to me like I was a child and her work she had in my opinion was concerning that the same would happen to me. At least she let me know she might make a mess of it again so I'll go back to the people who've been doing my treatment well since Lorraine botched my botox...
I trained with Lanarkshire aesthetics in dermal filler and anti wrinkle treatments, Lorraine and Hayley were so lovely and knowledgeable and they continue to help me along in my aesthetics career. I rent a room from them and nothing is too much hassle and they are always happy to give me advice when needed.
