   Had my treatment from Claire, so pleased with results, Claire is very professional, she puts you at ease, and explains the treatment thoroughly to you, and there is a friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in, thanks to the lovely receptionists. Will definitely be returning for further treatments. Would highly recommend to anyone, you are certainly in safe and professional hands.

   I’ve been seeing Emma for several years now and I’m always delighted with the results. The clinic has such a warm and friendly atmosphere, and Emma always puts me at ease. I really appreciate that she never overdoes anything, the results are always natural. I’ve had Botox, filler, and lip treatments, all with very minimal discomfort. Very grateful for her skill and care!

   It has taken quite a long time and a quite a lot of research to give me the confidence to go ahead with fillers and botox. Jacqui was amazing, she was patient and answered all of my questions. I had my first injections this morning the aim being to soften and lift naturally. Surprisingly it was easy and Jacqui was caring and professional throughout with minimum discomfort. I can't wait to see the final results as still a little red and swollen, but I am confident I made the right decision to go to Clinetix in Bothwell even though I live in England.

   Claire is an expert at what she does and although the procedure with the genesis laser can be a little bit uncomfortable she makes you feel totally at ease and is lovely and very friendly, as well as professional. The results are amazing and the clinic itself is beautiful. The staff on reception are also super lovely .

All staff are very welcoming and passionate about their work with upmost commitment to bringing high quality service. They do well to communicate pre and post treatment offering advice and answering any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this company and the staff team who make you feel comfortable with the experience. With previous direct contact with the management team I can confirm that they are well experienced as well as caring about the company, colleagues and their work.

   10 days waiting for a refund and counting !! I only called for what would be my first consultation and since them it has been a nightmare! Tip: don’t give your credit card details to them! They start to use it right away, without your consent (!!!),even when you say that you won’t go to your appointment 20 days before the date!! I have so many messages saying “ give my money back!” But they just pretend they don’t get it. Always a excuse...Do we need to phone the police to have our money back?! According to the owner’s wife... yes! Shocking.
