   Great cut and colour, but dye left over my head and face that hairdresser stated she couldn't get off, also sat nearly 2hrs in salon and wasn't even offered a cup of tea/coffee which would've been nice. Went back next day to get eyebrows done, worse place ever, no aftercare given and left shop with wax all over my eyebrows, sent a msg to ask how to take it off and was ignored. Good at taking the money for things but can't do it properly, wax left on eyebrows and dye left all over my face

   I visited this salon yesterday and will never be visiting again! I had my hair curled which was lovely and exactly what I wanted. However I then had my makeup done by a member of staff who clearly was either not a fully qualified makeup artist or just not competent. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and I got nowhere near what I asked for. The girl was unable to put on strip eyelashes and had to ask for help; when I seen them on I asked for them to be taken off as they were a mess and lifting at one side; the girl was apologetic and explained they weren’t great lashes because they from primark (as was most of the makeup I could see on the table)and put party lashes on me instead which did make a difference however they were put on wrong, the glue was so thick that it could be seen on my eyelids and there was no eyeliner put on me to cover this up (I didn’t notice there was no liner until I got home). My base makeup was awful, I was pale and every blemish could still be seen, I realised that by asking for things to be fixed I was just wasting my time so I paid, left and went home. Once home I took all my base makeup off and did it myself, I didn’t have time to sort the lashes however they started falling out during the night anyway and the ones covered in glue I took out after the party and they took some of my own lashes with them… brilliant end to my night (NOT)! I have since contacted the salon regarding this and was told I should have spoken up when I was in…this is not a good enough response and clearly this salon does not value their customers or provide good customer service! I get my makeup done regularly and expect a high quality service with quality products to make me feel good about myself so I don’t need up stress when getting ready for a night out however this clearly doesn’t happen in Bella Mani…This was the worst makeup experience I have ever had!!!!

   Took my little girl along today to get her the mini pamper package and she absolutely loved it. The lady that dealt with her(I’ve forgotten her name) was amazing and so patient with her. The package is well worth the money. Will definitely be returning.

   Avoid this salon at all costs! Staff really unprofessional. Booked in for 4 treatments before my holiday & none of the girls wanted to do my bikini wax as they were too busy even though booked. Decided to leave due to them arguing & making me feel really uncomfortable as well as the young junior. Got invited back due to my complaint & was told I would get 50% discount. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt & another chance. Was told at end of treatments they had no acknowledgement of my discount & was charged full price. Wish I read reviews before hand.

   I visit here often to get my nails and brows done. The staff always do a great job, however sometimes there can be a bit of a wait even with a booked appointment.
