I come here for about 4 months now to get my eyebrows done, today another lady did my eyebrows and the service was terrible. Before she touched the eyebrows they had a shape but after waxing she ruined the shape and they are uneven now, one eyebrow is thicker than the other one and they are round. Disappointing. If you come here ask for Vicky to be the one doing you eyebrows because she has magic hands
It was my first visit here today after moving up from London. Such a well run and professional salon! My nails are immaculate and my cuticles were soaked and removed which plenty of places skip. Online booking is also available. I’ve found my new nail place!

Since the new owners have taken over I'd never been back but tried today for the first time. My fingers are literally bleeding. I've had my cuticles ripped off and I left before they painted. They put nail glue on them to stop the bleeding! Said "it's to stop the bleeding" when I asked what it was. Had to go and buy antiseptic wipes, nail oil and plasters. DONT GO HERE!! -this was a year and a half ago. The date is wrong as I edited the review.
Awful service need a steady and stable manager for this place, rude manager got me mixed up with someone else and said I was banned. I offered all my details so she knew it wasn't me. Resolved but I had to ask the girl for an apology. Do not tarnish all customers from one bad experience.
Disgraceful!!!! My wife called to make an eyebrow appointment, the manager came on the phone told her she was banned for not paying nails, WRONG PERSON She's never had her nails done there! The reason given was "her voice sounded the same" my wife had to defend herself get them to check her own file AND ASK for an apology from a manager. Just absolutely disgraceful.
