Been a loyal customer but quickly learned that counts for nothing , arrived and told I need to book an appointment by daughter , then try and book and get told I have booked the wrong way ……. Very clear they maybe have enough customers now to be rude to the ones that were there from the beginning! Won’t be back
Went in to get my toes done. First time being there and will be the last. Was sat down immediately however felt like the girl was very rude, didn’t acknowledge me at all and I almost felt like a nuisance to be there despite the fact there was only 1 other customer. Didn’t ask me one time if I even liked the colour just kept grabbing my foot and then pushing it to the ground. Just not a nice atmosphere at all
I don't have an account so I am using my husbands. I have used Nikki's bar several times but most recently I feel extremely let down. On one occasion my nails were done by her daughter who's not even qualified and I was charged the full amount on other occasions. The price fluctuates My nails are the same each time there was no difference. Sometimes I'm charged £25 others and charge £30. Am I find that the man is very abrupt I won't be going back There's no price list up
Amazing service, never had any issues with them breaking or chipping (I work with horses full time). Super friendly and always accommodating :)

I went on recommendation and pleased to say the best nail bar I've been to. They listened to what I wanted, advised me and did the best job. I've been getting acrylic done for years and this is the best salon I've been to and friendliest, great pricing too. Please give them a try, I assure you, you won't go anywhere else. Xx
Nicky Nail bar is the best nail shop!!! Me and my mum have been going to Nicky and Duan for so long now and we are so happy that they have their own shop. Both are so inviting and welcoming and are fantastic at their job! 100% recommend without any doubt!
