Really great hotel. Right in the city centre, but really quite inside. Rooms really clean, comfy and quite too.
Euan has raised the bar to EXCEPTIONAL! His new management has revamped EVERYTHING to the highest quality & standard! My husband, Frank Frulio, and I are thoroughly impressed. The club is super CLEAN, METICULOUS & VERY WELL KEPT! It's an escape from reality & true serenity. One of my favorite hidden treasures in Glasgow! THANK YOU EUAN for all your hard work!

The team here have been warm, kind, attentive and extremely helpful since I started going to this gym a few months ago. It’s a great gym, small in size, but all the machines are well looked after and majority of the time available to use straight away. The gym, pool and spa areas are always clean and well looked after. Staff aren’t hesitant to resolve any issues being experienced by customers and members. Special mentions to Alanah, Stevie, Melissa, Morgan & Euan who make this place special.
Awful experience here today. Booked and paid for a couples therapy morning for myself and my husband; it was my husbands special birthday. Completely ruined by the fact that the price I paid online was apparently the incorrect price due to a website glitch. The girl at the desk proceeded to speak about the booking and me on the phone rather than actually speak to me; it was very unprofessional. She then explained there had been an issue but when I asked if o had paid the correct price she said yes then gave us locker keys and advised us to go and get ready for our treatments. Whilst waiting in the pool, she came through to advise that we required to pay a further £100. Knowing what we had booked and paid beforehand we were left extremely embarrassed at having to get dressed and leave with no treatments. The most disappointing spa experience ever!
you have to book online beforehand. I booked as a day guest for £ 10 and half an hour later I was in the sauna! The sauna and steam room were lovely and relaxed and the pool was big enough for a swim. The employee, who even speaks German, was very nice and charged my cell phone because my battery was empty. Very helpful! The parking lot was free, but you have to let them know.
Amazing day using the pool and leisure facilities. Very helpful staff even booked in my free parking would definitely recommend and will return, very relaxing day finished off with a truly amazing afternoon tea
Absolutely fantastic facility. The changing rooms were spotless, extremely friendly staff at the front desk and the pool is great. There is also a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi which are all in excellent condition and it is obvious that they are well looked after. The gym is also well looked after with all of the free weights being arranged well and no excess clutter. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone as it caters to everyone’s needs. Will definitely be using this facility more often.
