   Clinic is very unprofessional staff always say they will call you back and never do constantly having to call to chase them up. Having issues with my breast augmentation with capsulars in both breasts. Clinic have changed name and seem to not want to help now that theres issues with the Allergan implants even though I have a 10 year warranty with the old clinic transform. Clinic only interested in getting money for procedures and not helping when problems occur. Terrible service from start to finish and still haven't had my issues resolved not a happy customer and not sure what steps to take next as I am constantly palmed off

   I have recently transferred to the "Transform Clinic" in Glasgow for laser hair removal treatment and cannot recommend the clinic highly enough for its (1) excellent customer service, care and expertise in laser hair removal; and (2) the excellent equipment. I've had previous experience at a different clinic with another laser that was rather painful (and time consuming) - whereas the "Harmony" laser machine at Transform has literally transformed my hair removal experience - it's painless, super efficient (much less time consuming!) and gives amazing results. While the machine is a great reason to consider that clinic, Marie, who operates it and does the consultation is a true professional with great expertise in consulting and treatment. Her outstanding care, knowledge and professional experience have truly made my hair-removal journey a breeze and I couldn't thank her more!!
