   I have been coming to Pure from the beginning when opened in Silverburn and now I visit the Renfrew Team up at Pure Renfrew in David Lloyds. What a Team with 5 plus star service provided by them all , naming especially Chloe / Kelly / Claire in the Team. Chloe has given me great Gel Nails...which has been admired by the public ..and including her professional manners on other treatments I have had. Kelly excellent and so professional at full body massage that I wouldn't take another person. Claire great support and great customer service approach ...The full Renfrew Team are just wonderful and I would continue going there for treatments .So grateful and many thanks All. Mrs D Thomson

   I would not recommend this place at all. First they changed our booking time to earlier but we accepted it as long as we were getting a good service it didn’t matter. We went early as advised on the confirmation email however my husband was only seen to at the time of the appointment and I had to continue waiting. They did not massage me for the length I booked and the massage was not good at all. She barely applied pressure and only did it for a little bit of time and moved on. I could’ve given myself a better Indian head massage at home don’t know what they were doing. You would think as a spa that they would have a good size pedicure bowl to accommodate all guests but they did not. Online it’s advertised as a 50 minute pedicure however it was shorter than that. Seemed like they just wanted to get our services over and done with. I have been to places which have much better services and customer service, shouldn’t have tried a new place. This was such a disappointment, a waste of time and not worth the price at all.

   When visiting pure spa for my initial appointment of a pedicure the appointment did not go to plan due to a few issues and sadly I was really unhappy with the treatment and the outcome. After explaining the situation, the manager promptly apologised and I was then back in the same day at a time that suited me for the most amazing full body massage with Kelly. She did an amazing job and really helped me to de stress. She has the strength to apply firm pressure which I enjoy and she made me feel calm, comfortable and super relaxed and I would definitely return - grateful for the good customer service.

   I had an excellent experience today at Spa Silverburn. I was given a lovely warm welcome by Shannon my therapist Who was fantastic, I couldn't have asked for better. I had a full back massage which was absolute heaven, a lovely gentle facial followed by a relaxing pedicure and french polish on hands & toes. First Class!!!!! Thank you Shannon for making me feel so relaxed and pampered most appreciated. Hope to be back soon. Thank You Adele O'Donnell

   I was delighted with the full body massage I had at Pure Spa at David Lloyd in Paisley today. I was made to feel welcome and valued. I also used the pool and other facilities, which were spotless and not too busy. I would definitely recommend the sports centre and spa and will be back.

   Simply perfect. The staff were superb from start to finish from booking the day before through to saying cheerio. Linzi was a fantastic therapist, very friendly, professional and delivered a 10/10 massage. Very relaxing ambience and easy to enjoy the experience. A top of the pile venue for return visits.    I went to Pure Spa at David Lloyd Renfrew. For my session I had booked a facial followed by gel nails. I booked my husband a facial too as a surprise. At once as we entered we were greeted by Monica and Paige such warm greetings and at once we felt relaxed. Monica took me for my facial the rooms are lovely there is no outside noise to bother you and there is lovely spa music played to relax to. The massage bed is heated which is just so amazingly comfortable. Monica worked so thoroughly over the time I was booked in for. She explained really well how different environments and stress impact on the skin and face Monica also gave me an insight into the head massage treatment which I will definitely be booking at a later date, reflexology is something that I have wanted to try lately due to constant pain I have due to a medical condition, Monica gave me a small demonstration and I will be going back to try that out. When I choose a Spa It’s very important to me to feel safe and I definitely felt safe in Pure Spa Renfrew. Monica is an incredibly talented, trained, knowledgeable and healing therapist she gives so much to make sure that everything is covered in the session. It was also Monica who carried out my gel nail application and it was beautiful. I was going to a family dinner that evening and so many people commented on my skin and Pauls skin too and my gel nails. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful haven. Being welcomed with such warmth and joy as you walk in is such a nice feeling thank you Monica and Paige.
