   What a team! Honestly cannot thank them enough for their help, advice, clear direction and support. The service team are first class! A glitching hot tub isn't a world top priority but to the owner who is providing for guests, it matters... time is precious and when guests make time to get away from the crazies of life, it matters. I left a message with the Azure team, really stuck with a broken hot tub and guests checking in later that day. They could have ignored my call, no-one wants hassles on a Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend. Graham returned my call, worked with his team to source parts and organised for the service team to come out and sort before check in. Neil is outstanding, Alan too. Both gentlemen have a calm, methodical & logical approach to everything. I cannot thank them enough for their magic. We have known both gentleman from Hydropool days. Since the tragic news at Hydropool and learning of it's closure in our area, our business felt vulnerable without that support. Hot tubs are a big part of the experience at Kelty Cabins. I feel very lucky and thankful to have found such an incredible team. Hollie is very efficient, responds promptly & professionally to enquiries and does her absolute best to turn things around for her clients as fast as she can make it happen. Thank you to all, I look forward to continuing business with yourselves in the years ahead.

   1st class service! Could not recommend Azure highly enough. I had just moved into a home with an outdoor swimming pool and had no idea how to set it up. Azure were very responsive and came the same day. Brad was excellent, he set up the pool and checked all the equipment etc. His knowledge was excellent, he was happy to answer all my questions and made me feel confident in terms of running the pool going forward. He even called back a few days later when passing to check on the pool. Will use Azure for all pool issues in future. Thank you.
