   When I started my therapy with Ruth I was going through one of the toughest times in my life. Each week felt like a new disaster and the help and support from Ruth greatly impacted me, the time we shared gave me a great chance to reflect and make better changes for the future. Ruth also was extremely helpful in giving me several other ways I can receive support for my alcohol misuse during this time. I highly recommend her and her team. I couldn't ask for a better service, thankyou!

   There are no words to describe the help that Kim gave me over the time I attended paisley counselling. She created a safe and comfortable atmosphere for me within my first session, something that I didn’t have anywhere else. Without Kim I wouldn’t be where I am today and I am so grateful for the help she gave me to put the work in myself.    Kim is an amazing therapist. She has huge empathy. She is brave, able to really hear you, honest and full of acceptance. Kim skillfully employs her knowledge and experience of various counselling models to help her clients navigate their way through the thicket of painful experiences and to get to the root of their causes. The ultimate impact of my therapy was incredibly positive and hugely transformative. I am eternally grateful to Kim for her work. As a result I feel at home in myself.

   Kim was supportive, intuitive, reassuring, empathetic and professional. Kim's knowlage and experience in counceling was very évident. I was welcomed to a warm friendly environment that immediately made me feel at ease. There was no judgement which helped me be honest with her and importantly myself. I knew it would be difficult but with Kim I knew I would be safe. Kim has been exceptional and I'm so pleased I chose Paisley Counceling for the most important journey I have ever made.
