Great service, nice atmosphere, knowledgable staff. Used hyperbaric chamber, wrist and knee pain went away. Highly recommend!!!!

Came here a few years ago for a sports massage. All their staff were lovely and professional. Allan, the owner is super friendly and does everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Shaun is also lovely and listens to any concerns you have. I've started visiting them again due to a sports injury. I'm currently working with their new sports physio Sofia to get my knee back to functioning how it should and stronger. She's understanding and detailed in her feedback. I would 100% recommend coming here! They have a number of different services available at a reasonable/very affordable price. Quality service & knowledgeable staff.
I have been here several times due to injury and the place is amazing. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and tidy. Today I was seen by Shaun and I booked in with the discounted rate to take advantage whilst having an injury. Shauns attention to detail was spot on from the minute we started chatting about my injury, assessing my shoulder and giving recommendations. He gave my shoulder and pectoral muscle a sports massage and I now have much better range of motion. He helped me stretch out and gave me some tips and recommendations on what to do post massage. I would highly recommend to anyone needing some tension relieved in the muscles or problems with any injuries to book in. Great experience again at The Recovery Lounge. Thanks again.
Thoroughly recommend this place. Discovered after suffering months of back problems, tried various places but nowhere worked until I found these guys! Highly recommend, brilliant knowledge and skills, wouldn't go anywhere else now!
Best place to go! Been multiple times, most recently for spinal care with Joe. He was so patient and professional and I swear I walked out feeling 2ft taller. Would defo return and would recommend to anyone. He also provided after care and explained everything so well. Worth the money and then some. The kindest most friendly staff, love the place.
Best place to recover after your training sessions! Very friendly and professional staff. Had a brilliant sports massage by Allan who goes above and beyond, very knowledgeable and experienced. Recovery pumps are really good for tired and sore legs which is great addition to the treatment. Recovery Lounge deserves strong 5 stars ⭐️
