We should think ourselves lucky as some practices you need to call about 100 times to get through to be told by the receptionist that there are no appointments left. Very professional but with a bit of banter added which was gd . Explained all exercise and showed me what to do. Didn't rush me to do to much to soon and had me back to full fitness in no time.
