   I can't speak highly enough of Calum & Colleen, who took fantastic care of me, throughout my dental implant procedure. I was originally apprehensive about the procedure, and undergoing serious dental surgery, but the whole process was explained to me patiently and in detail, and all of my questions were answered. It is a long process, as it involves a number of appointments, and healing time, but each step of the way I was well supported. At the end of the process, I could not be happier with the result.

   It is almost impossible to actually get to see a dentist at this practise. They have cancelled my appointment multiple times and each time they rebook it is for 3 months time. It has now been 2 years that I have been trying to see someone and been unable to with all these cancelled appointments. The receptionist are exceptionally unhelpful whilst trying to sort this out and say they only have space to see patients with severe bleeding or swelling. Once you actually get to see a dentist they are brilliant but it's an absolute nightmare actually getting to see one. Terrible customer service!!

   Dr Fiona is an excellent dentist who truly cares about her patients. She is gentle, professional, and takes the time to explain everything, making sure you feel comfortable. The office is clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. My treatment was smooth and painless, and I’m really happy with the results. If you’re looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend her! Highest quality!

   The quality of service I received was excellent and the staff were exceptional from booking, through to treatment. As soon as I entered the practice I received a warm friendly welcoming from both Colleen and Lynn at the front desk, they always go above and beyond to help. Paul made me feel comfortable during treatment and made sure I was ok throughout. He also gave me good advice on further treatments.

   Excellent dental practice all staff very professional and welcoming. Dentist Graham Mcfarlane I couldn't rate highly enough. Makes you feel at ease as soon as u walk in. Explains everything to you before starting. * (I'm very anxious about going to dentist) Great rapore with his dental nurse both making you feel at ease. Highly recommend Bupa Dental Care

   Receptionists are so honest and friendly, helpfull and pleasant. Dentist Neil so honest but compassionate with state of my mouth but it's what I needed to hear. got an emergency appointment for sore tooth. Didn't get Neil but the dentist was kind patient and really quite a funny guy . All in all great experience with the dentist's.

   Great dental surgery. Lorraine has been our family dentist for a very long time. I always receive fantastic customer service from all staff. I unfortunately had to visit the practice a few times during lockdown and was very confident that they were following all advice to keep myself and staff safe. The increased protective measures they had to put into place to treat me lengthenad time required for appointments and workload. This was very much appreciated. Thank you for the help, care and treatment given.

   The best dentist by far. I have moved out of the area & wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to Colleen for getting me an emergency appointment for my daughter so fast yesterday. Highly recommend if you have kids who are nervous, Graeme is amazing,my 2 feel at ease so much so they go in on their own now.
