   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 for Gavin at Specsavers! I had such a great experience today thanks to Gavin. I had my eye on a pair of glasses, and he instantly understood the style I was going for. He went above and beyond by bringing me several more options — and I genuinely loved every pair! I ended up leaving with two new pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. Gavin made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me pick the perfect styles today. Highly recommend!

   It was easy to book an appointment and the staff were very friendly. There was clear communication throughout each step of the appointment - from the waiting area through to choosing glasses. I have always enjoyed being a Specsavers customer, and have been since I was a young child!

   From walking through the store door the staff could not have been more attentive. I was immediately acknowledged & offered a seat, I waited 5 minutes for my test, the examiner apologised for my short wait. He explained all the results to me so I could understand. I’m so pleased with the new frames Ive picked & the 2 for one offer saved me a small fortune. Every member of staff are very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend giving specsavers the forge a visit

   Specsavers in Glasgow forge shopping centre is has an intimate environment. I mean that it is small, cosy, warm and welcoming. I am in a wheelchair and this place was accessible for me. My optician was extremely thorough and treated me like a human being not a sales exhibit. The place is clean and bright. Could be doing with hand sanitizer placed at the entrance but that's just a self prederance

   Shocking in parkhead forge the staff don't have a clue what they are doing getting told one thing one minute and other the next absolute joke my glasses aren't even straight on my face when I put them on I got told it was £8 to get them thinned and when I went to pay to get them thinned all of a sudden it was £38 from the same person I spoke to the first time wish I never went to the place don't know about the other locations but keep away from parkhead forge unless you want to deal with clowns

   Atternded to get hearing aids looked at as was at another specsavers twice the girl was great told her problem and she had a look and mad adjustments hearing aids great now would return to them

   Not great no one seemed to know what they where doing The young assistant kept putting glasses on my Son that were clearly to big appointment went on far to long ☹️and Managers nails were absolutely dicusting you would think he was working on a car engine before he came to work for a Manager this is totally unacceptable Think I will be changing Opticians in the future
