First time on the website then visiting a Specsavers store. All round exceptional experience. I feel confident in the assessment of my eyes, vision had deteriorated since last tests a few years ago, the lenses and spectacles I now wear are just the job. Happy bunny! The whole experience was smooth and quick. The machinery used was so good compared to what Iv experienced in the past. Aruba my optician was very friendly and informative. She made me feel At ease and talked me through the whole procedure and at the end explained the results. I happily will return to see Aruba for my regular eye tests.
Very good service, staff genuinely seem to care and will work with you to find an appointment for you. Saw me immediately after I had a flare up of multiple sclerosis to check that it did not affect my optic nerve. Wonderful caring staff that understands the importance of MS and illnesses that could affect eyesight. Highly recommend! Thank you!
I had my eye test and picked out some new glasses and a lenses prescription last June. All the staff were so friendly and professional, and dealt with me quickly despite it being a busy Saturday. I just recently moved cities and needed copies of my records, I called in to request them and Hafsa on the phone was so lovely- efficient, professional, and very approachable. I’m going to miss this being my local branch!
Shona and Pamela took care of me in a fantastic, friendly and professional way. Shona advised me on frames, made sure I was satisfied and gave me comprehensive information about my new specs. Pamela helped me with collecting my new glasses, helped me fit the frames to sit comfortably on my nose. Both were lovely! Thank you, ladies!
The first time n won't be the last time. Allanah (a lovely staff member) dealt with me and made me feel very comfortable. I'm glad I book for an eye test n scan. Be bk n 2 weeks for my new glasses. Got 2 one obvious ones distance for a close-up of both for reading.
I recently visited Specsavers Trongate for my annual contact lens check, on entering the premises I was met with a super friendly receptionist who verified my appointment and told me to proceed to the first floor. My Optometrist was Martin Sievwright who proceeded to do a thorough examination of my eyes and then asked comprehensive questions, he acted in a friendly but professional manner, would definitely recommend to others
I was at Specsavers Opticians on Friday 20th January 2023 to collect my glasses. I was not happy with the frame as it looked too wide on my face. Patricia, a very lovely staff came to my rescue, she was very helpful and professional in her role. She was patient to answer my questions and reassured me that my new choice of frame were perfect and fitted me perfectly. Patricia’s charisma is nothing short of an excellent customer service. I was in Specsavers today and was helped by Qasim, a trainee optician - I was really impressed by the timely, professional and friendly manner in which he approached the recent challenges I’ve been experiencing with my lenses. Left really happy with the amendments made and the fact he put my personal preferences first. Very happy with the whole staff at Specsavers Trongate overall, keep up the great work!
