“In all honesty, I’m still trying to get my head around how someone can be so brilliant at their job. I’d seen this noted in the other reviews, but Val really is so incredibly knowledgeable and comprehensive. I had been nursing a running-related injury for just under 3 months, with little to no progress working with another physio. Using dynamic assessment methods and a hands on approach - Val picked up on injuries old and new that were getting aggravated and flaring up. After just 2.5 hours/sessions (in under two weeks). I’m back running at intensity and distance, and was also given fantastic pointers on how to improve my running gait and efficiency. Val herself is also incredibly kind and warm, so it was a pleasure to be in her clinic. 5 stars isn’t enough - thank you!”
